Shipping policy

All orders are shipped by Royal Mail.

The delivery times are a guideline only starting from the date your parcel is despatched, weekends and bank holidays are not in the estimated time frame.

If you have received your despatch email and your parcel has not arrived within the estimated shipping timescale please contact your local postal service.

Python Nails cant be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of your parcel or any delays at customs.

Python Nails is not responsible for parcels lost in transit when an untracked shipping option is selected.
